SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

All sale items are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only available for regularly priced items.

SIZING ISSUES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Please refer to the size chart, fit guide, and model specs provided on each product page before ordering.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, you must email us at theelixirdept@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

RETURN PERIOD

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • In resalable condition

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items that don’t meet these conditions will be denied.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These vary by location and courier.
